Opening an account is very easy. Simply click on “My Account” on the top right corner, complete your name, email, phone number and create a password. Or, when you place an order, you will be prompted to save your information with your email address and password.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow status of your order. You may always contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@jacquemus.sa or 800JACQUEMUS (800522783687) for any questions regarding your shipment.
If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot password?" link while logging in to your account, you will receive an e-mail with a link to create a new one.
Creating an account enables you to be quickly identified when shopping on our website. An account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order and access to our new offers. Your account saves information like order history, billing and shipping address. You may also follow-up on your placed orders. Your password assures that only you can access the information on your account.
